Using GrailSpy

By accessing GrailSpy you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it.

What GrailSpy does

We provide card price signals, watchlist tools, and alerting. Features may change over time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" — we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Read-only. No auto-bids. Ever.

GrailSpy monitors public listings. We never access your eBay, payment, or collector accounts. We never place bids or make purchases on your behalf. This isn't a policy — it's an architectural guarantee.

Not financial advice

Price alerts and market analysis are informational. They are not financial, investment, or tax advice. Make your own calls.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

What you can't do

• Misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access
• Scrape or extract data beyond documented API limits
• Resell or republish GrailSpy alerts without written permission
• Share your account credentials with others

Liability

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our total liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are handled in Victorian courts, subject to your non-excludable ACL rights.
